Phoebe is a junior from Washington D.C. and loves traveling, puzzles, and live music. She is an Electronic Media.Broadcasting major with a Marketing minor. She also loves fitness and running marathons. She is the technical director for Black at App and is a member of Delta Zeta at App State!
