Reporter - FOX 8 WGHP in High Point, NC
Justin Lundy earned a bachelor's degree in
Communication, Electronic Media/Broadcasting. Starting in 2016, Lundy made an immediate impact reporting for Appalachian Weekly News. Prior to moving to FOX 8 WGHP, Lundy worked for WITN in Greenville, NC and WCYB in Bristol, VA. He also interned with WBTV in Charlotte, NC. Outside of broadcasting, Lundy is a TikTok star with more than 220,000 followers and 27 million likes.

Reporter/MMJ - NBC 26 WGBA in Appleton, WI
Noah Cornelius earned a bachelor's degree in
Communication, Electronic Media/Broadcasting with a Marketing minor. A transfer student, Cornelius started with AppTV in 2021, working on The A Game as an sports anchor/reporter, and, later, on
Appalachian Weekly News a news anchor/reporter. Prior to joining NBC 26 WGBA, Noah interned with CBS News Philadelphia, FOX Sports, and Rev Racing. Despite transitioning to news, Noah is still a passionate sports broadcaster with an affinity for motorsports, including NASCAR and the SMART Modified Tour.

Bianca Bortoluzzi, '21
Tech Director/Livestream Coordinator - Malka Media
Bianca Bortoluzzi earned bachelor's degrees in Communication, Electronic Media Broadcasting as well as Public Relations. Bortoluzzi also minored in Cinematography and Film/Video Production. Bortoluzzi oversaw five different shows within AppTV the role of Operations Manager from 2020-2021. Besides working Malka Media, Bortoluzzi is quadrilingual in English, French, Italian, and Korean.

Olivia Williams, '22

Olivia Williams earned a bachelor's degree in Communication, Electronic Media/Broadcasting. Williams was AppTV's Student Operations Manager from 2021-2022. At AppTV, Williams was known for her technological know-how and assisted every show whenever technical difficulties took place.

Lea Johnson, '22
Reporter - WJHL in Johnson City, TN
Lea Johnson earned a bachelor's degree in
Communication, Electronic Media/Broadcasting. Johnson served as a rotating anchor and reporter for the Appalachian Weekly News. In her free time, she loves exploring mountain trails, doing yoga, and being involved with the local community.

Alex Urquiza, '22
Editor/Photojournalist - WBTV in Charlotte, NC
Alex Urquiza earned a bachelor's degree in Communication, Electronic Media/Broadcasting. Urquiza was a rotating anchor and reporter for the Appalachian Weekly News as well as one of the founding creators of the High Country's only
Spanish-speaking news program: Buenos Días Boone. When not on the scene or writing a story, Alex enjoys cheering on his favorite soccer teams: Arsenal, Chivas and A.C. Milan.
